Sherryl Wagstaff is a practising Otorhinolaryngologist, Medical Director of Adeney Private Hospital, and Non-Executive Board Member of the Bionics institute.  

She completed her MBBS in 1990 at Monash University with honours.  She underwent her ENT training in Victoria and embarked upon post fellowship training in Cochlear Implants, at the RVEEH and Skull base surgery at Royal Melbourne Hospital and Cambridge UK

Upon return from Cambridge, she commenced her career as a consultant and in 2005 became Head of ENT service at Eastern Health.  During this time, she also served as supervisor of training and is an honory research fellow at the Bionics Institute in Hearing reconstruction.

In 2016 she completed an MBA at Melbourne Business School and commenced her role as Medical Director. -   a role that she had taken on at Adeney Private Hospital

She continues to practice clinically and although she has a sub-interest in Otology, still sees all general ENT patients.
